Ideas on how to fix the instance spam

Yea, let's brain storm abit for ideas to fix this instance spamming.

My idea is simple, make a queue system just like Battlegroup's from the "Looking for More" tab or w/e. So you don't have to spam enter the instance for ages, and make a calcualted wait time for how long it will take until you can join the instance or something like that so you got time to things in the mean while.
