Are the servers down or is it just me?

I was logged in just fine and playing with no issues. After trying and waiting for my toon to hearth back to her garrison and waiting forever...I decided to alt-tab out and exit battle app and restart and now I see all realms offline. Been like this for 30+ min for me. I didn't see any one else state the same nor a blue post that a new build was going up or it was down for maint.
