So that's it the fight.
In addition to an "overview" tab there is actually a tab which lists all of the individual mechanics. You should check that tab if you want to see the mechanics of any given fight in detail. The tab you read was simply the overview and like much of the PTR tooltips, it is a joke and a placeholder.
