And have their damage buffs not match their CD's for the entire fight,
it's not legendary.

Think twice Blizzard, this is a terrible idea, and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Similar to Heroism, it'll be a good idea to coordinate use of the Legendary ring effects with your raid before pulling.
