Can we get some reasoning behind this delay?

6.2 is all about storming Tanaan, the stronghold of the Iron Horde.

Why am I going to go to the Iron Docks in 6.2, which is after we have crushed Blackhand and shut down the Blackrock Foundry?

Also, why was this stealth tweeted from Bashiok and not @warcraftdevs?

It's a one-time quest that leads you to Tanaan. Assumptions that this was a big quest hub, focused around Foundry content, or that it's a chunk of substantial content that we cut, are incorrect. It's a one-time quest chain that directly leads into events of 6.2, and that's the patch it's in.
