Is there a specific time when BRF opens?

I know it's scheduled to open up on February 3rd, but is there a specific time (on a specific time-zone) that it's opening up on? Or should I just stay logged in until it happens?

Correct. Blackrock Foundry is scheduled to open at 10AM Pacific / 1PM Eastern.
