PTR Build Deployment - 1/22/15

Greetings All!

The PTR realms were brought down earlier today in order to perform some brief back-end maintenance. We'll be extending this downtime in order to deploy a new build. I'll be updating this thread with information and time estimates as I receive them. I don't have an ETA yet, but these pushes usually take at least 8 hours, if not more.

I'll be leaving this thread open for general discussion as long as people remain civil and follow forum rules.

Ugh, I always do that. There's something about highlighting it and typing that just adds it to the end instead of replacing it. Grr.

We're still heavily iterating on the Mac client. Should have some more information later today on how playable this build will be for Mac users; hopefully more so than the previous build.

Haven't posted an update in a few hours, my apologies. Build deployment is still ongoing, so I don't have a solid ETA. Still planning to have things finished today/tonight.

Build should be coming to the app shortly.

Realms are coming up now.

As with most Build updates, if your app doesn't start updating, please close your app, wait a minute or two (making sure agent.exe stops running) and re-launch.

got mine working, but it's telling me that my character is locked? the main one I play D:

Edit: Can get on my other toon, but can't get on the main one I play

Taking a look.

Looks like our override was removed as a part of turning the realms on, we'll work to get that resolved.

Level 91+ characters should once again be able to login to PTR realms.

Investigating into character copy issues.
