Concerning blood elves small weapons

Hello, hi welcome. Forget about it

My question is simple: Why does blood elves 2-handed weapons look so small compared to when other races/genders are wielding them? Note that this does only concern FEMALE blood elves.

I seriously love alot of the 2-handed models of MoP but nearly every single one of them looks smaller than a dagger (exaggeration!) no, but seriously check it out. This has been going on my nerves since wotlk. A fine example would be the new awesome 2-handed axe, "Uroe, Harbringer of Terror", http://www.wowhead.com/item=95809#modelviewer:10+1 for comparison.

Can someone please explain me why female blood elves are having this handicap? It looks so stupid and far from threatening. :(
