Half of the guild stuck on server during migration!HELP

Dear blizzard, we have started a guild on FROSTMANE called <TEAM IMMORTAL>

After being unsatisfied with realm horde to alliance ratio, we decided to use free migration.

AFTER ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH Server,queues etc, half of our players couldn't log to clear mailbox, etc, so that migration got delayed..

Rest migrated to Emeriss, while half of our core is STUCK ON FROSTMANE with migration being canceled all suddenly ..

PLEASE assist us in this matter, there was no announcement of closure whatsover,nor we got the chance to make it work in time.. this is outrageous

i require you deal with this issue ,cause we have been playing together for more than 8 years and it is ridiculous that people have to spend more money just cause this got closed without any warning or heads up...
