Has anything been said as to when or if any of the following issues will be resolved. I am including the big ones affecting me which I have also heard chatter from other players having same problems.
My Garrison Forge has no forge in it.
I can't upgrade my Garrison to level 2.
Without a forge, I can't turn in Blacksmith Work Orders.
I can't access any of my Blacksmithing plans, get message Retrieving Information.
Am currently level 94.

We've been trying to resolve the issue with upgrading Garrisons to tier 2 via hotfix, but haven't had much luck. It should be fixed in the next build, however.
