Buildings not being built?

So I built a few new buildings a couple days after they released with talador/gorgrond etc.. and they have been done for 4 days but the builders keep building and I'm unable to finalize the building in any way. They are eternally building even though it's been done! :[ together we can stop this!

Maybe I have to rebuild another over it and hopefully it works? but just making sure blizzard knows this is a thing.
