Glowing Hearthstone - without quest?

Anyone know if there is a way to get the Glowing Hearthstone without the quest? I have a couple toons that I am still playing with that started before this was a quest reward. Just wondering if anyone has seen of a way to get it if your character already did the quest line.

This is fixed in the next build. The item is rewarded for the "Establish Your Garrison" quest and there is a replacement option on the Innkeepers.

Thanks for the report on this, it's key to getting back to your Garrison!
