There were some issues preventing character copies to Broxigar from completing properly. These issues have been resolved for new transfers that are initiated from this point onwards.

If you had a character that was stuck in that limbo state, you'll need to the PTR character copy again. The good news is that we have reset the character copy limit back to 4.
