Welcome to the Beta Test: Please Read!
Welcome to the beta test of World of Warcraft®: Warlords of Draenor™! As a beta test participant, you'll experience the new content and features of Warlords of Draenor before the expansion is released. Over the course of testing, you’ll venture through the Dark Portal, establish your Garrison, and fight back against the Iron Horde!

Feel free to share screenshots and video of your adventures and to discuss your experiences publicly.

Now Available for Testing

In this wave of beta testing, we’re opening up the Alliance starting experience in Shadowmoon Valley. Horde characters will still be available for play, but we’d love to hear what you think of Shadowmoon and the Alliance quest experience.

This wave of testing also includes the Tanaan Jungle introductory experience. You've been tasked with leading the greatest heroes of Azeroth through the Dark Portal to stop the Iron Horde’s invasion before it can begin. Even if you succeed, you’ll be trapped and surrounded deep behind enemy lines, and forced to fight your way to freedom!

We’ll be adding lots more content and features as the beta test progresses, and we’ll detail in this thread what’s available for testing as the game is updated. Be sure to check out the full patch notes (in English) as well for an in-depth look at what’s to come in Warlords of Draenor.

Level-100 PvP Testing

As part of our Warlords of Draenor beta testing, we’ve opened up a new server with some special rules. The Mekkatorque (PvP) server is intended to provide a strong environment for PvP testing. Here’s how it works:

  • When you create a character on Mekkatorque, it will automatically be boosted to level 100 and given a full set of level-100 PvP gear–no template creation necessary!
  • You will not be able to access any of the new zones or dungeons available on the other beta servers (with the exception of Ashran, once it’s ready for testing).
Of course, we still encourage you to try out all the new content coming in Warlords, too. For that, you’ll need to create a level-90 template character (or copy an existing level-90 character) on either the Lost Isles (PvE) or Gilneas (PvP) servers.

    Providing Feedback

Remember, your feedback will directly impact the quality of the final game—our developers are standing by!

Let’s go over a few things to keep in mind during the testing phase:

  • Please keep your feedback constructive and be very clear about what you like, or don’t like, about a particular aspect of the new content and features. By being specific about how your experience with Warlords could be improved, you can better provide us with actionable feedback.
  • To submit a bug or offer a suggestion from within the game, go to Game Menu (escape) > Help > Submit Bug or Submit Suggestion and provide us with as much detail as possible. The goal here is to ensure that we’ll be able to recreate the situation you were in when something may have gone wrong.
  • Lastly, test all the things! Get out there and dive into all the quests and random encounters, smite the rare spawns, and explore the new zones. The more you experience, the more information you’ll be able to share with us and your fellow testers.
Thank you for participating in the beta test of Warlords of Draenor, and we look forward to reading your comments, suggestions, and feedback!

    How to Submit Bug Reports
To submit a bug or offer a suggestion from within the game, go to Game Menu (escape) > Help > Submit Bug or Submit Suggestion and provide us with as much detail as possible in English.

    Submit Bug

If you have stumbled onto a bug, we will need as much detail as possible to find and fix it. Using the in-game field, please describe the issue:

    - Be specific about every step that leads to the problem.
    - Include any relevant character names, NPCs, and locations.
    - Avoid typos or abbreviations, which make bugs much harder to track down.
    - Include how long you have been seeing the problem, and how often (if more than once).

    Submit Suggestion

Player feedback helps the World of Warcraft team find opportunities to improve every aspect of the game.

If you choose to submit a suggestion, please be specific, and organize your thoughts in a constructive fashion:

    - Which part of the gameplay is your suggestion about?
    - What specific problem are you trying to fix?
    - How do you think this could be improved in a fun and fair way?

By clicking Submit, you promise that this is solely your idea and that Blizzard Entertainment can use it any way it chooses without any obligation to compensate you.
