When are we getting rid of the hacking, lagging people?

When are you removing the disgusting hacking lagging russians? They're literally all over our Battlegroups.
Why? Why do you force us to play with the !@#$tiest country in the world?

Im on one side of the pillar and the russian on the other. He can attack me I cant attack him. I love the fair play, makes it fun.
The kick-bots are even more fantastic. 6 times in the same arena this dk instantly kicked me. Like instantly. I didnt even see my cast bar before it said interrupted. If it happened once or twice, sure. He might have accidently clicked it at that exact time.
This has happened during several times other arenas/BGs as well.

I also love the "Oh you are clearly 10 yards ore further away, but I should be able to reach you if I stretch far enough".
