WoD - Is there CONFIRMED no flying-and more

Hey,

I dont see anywhere that Blizz CONFIRMED there will be no flying, also, what will happen to flying mounts? Will they be for Pandaria, Eastern Kingdoms, Northrend, and Kalimdor only?
