It reminds me of the capitalism vs socialism debate. Does anyone else get that vibe?

Work = reward

vs

having a sub = deserving reward.

And

I put the time in for my gear

Vs

I don't have the time to put in but I deserve similar gear.

Not declaring a right or wrong side. Just making an observation.
