Take the worst spec in wow and make it even worse, if that's even possible. The Blizzard devs are totally clueless and need new careers forced upon them

From MMO Champions:

Holy Prism damage now scales with 141.86% of Spell Power, down from 334%. Healing now scales with 210.5% of Spell Power, down from 495%.
