Download issues with WoW client

so I get a brand new pc put all my stuff on it and decide to download wow, so I log in to the account management and hit install/re-install "error" I tried every possible link and I cant download the game, now the reason why I am mad is there is clearly nothing drastically wrong with the site so why cant I download ive just had it with theses people the support is beyond bad its just not acceptable anymore
