Will be there cross realm normal / heroic raids in WOD?

Hey guys, is there any info about next expansion cross realm raids? What blizzard did with soo now is quite nice, not every guild can get 25 (or 20 in WOD) ppl to make bigger raids and in wod you need 20 ppl to raid heroic. So any chance cross realm raiding can be up from the beginning of exp?

Here's a quote from our WoD: Dungeons and Raids blog:

Normal and Heroic will allow groups to be built out of Real ID and BattleTag cross-realm friends, and all raiding options will be on separate lockouts—meaning boss kills in Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic will not be shared between them, and you can kill each boss in each difficulty for a separate chance at loot each week.

Current-tier Mythic raiding in Warlords will still be limited to players from a single server.
