As is basically our intent with this change. We see that OQueue is of benefit to many of you in the community, but the way it currently has to communicate via Battle.net chat sometimes leads to an undesirable user experience. We're making the send function / receive event change in patch 5.4.7 so that addon designers can continue to create these types of tools, without having to rely on sending/receiving information through standard player communication channels.

To be clear, this change should be a net benefit for everyone. :)
