regarding the battlechest sale

The World of Warcraft box or digital download has a key. It will not be activated until you redeem it.

ok, so I bought it i gifted it to another Email i had,but that email has not gotten any email concerning the battlechest gift, but my primary email I used got the email with the key code, does it take time for the other email to get it?
