The quality of Blizzards system and employees is terrible, very slow, 3 day wait for tickets and a 7 day wait for them to confirm your payment and send you out mounts for RAF, it's literally terrible, this doesn't happen on the Blizzard store mounts, but it does with RAF.

Seriously blizzard, ditch the games and buy a better employees and a better system.
Customer support hardly helps you, they tell you to make a ticket ingame then the ticket ingame tells you to contact via live chat.
