Blizzard Post

It’s that wonderful time of the year when Horde and Alliance come together in perfect harmony, clasp hands, and celebrate all things Blizzard and Azeroth. While you’re at BlizzCon celebrating, we’d like to invite you to stop by the Community Corner to hang out with the Community Team, rub elbows with fellow Azerothians, play games, and perhaps meet a “blue” or two.

Those who stop by and show us your check-in to BlizzCon on Facebook or Foursquare will be able to get a free World of Warcraft T-Shirt* or you can show us a tweet of a BlizzCon photo using a specific hashtag (that we’ll share with you at the booth) to get a free Warcraft hat*.

You’ll also want to stop by the booth to meet with World of Warcraft developers at the following times:

Friday, November 8

2:00 – 3:00 p.m. – Senior Game Designer Brian Holinka
4:00 – 5:00 p.m. – Lead Content Designer Cory Stockton, Senior Game Designer Jonathan LeCraft
4:30- 5:15 p.m. - Lead Systems Designer Greg Street
5:00 – 6:00 p.m. - Lead Encounter Designer Ion Hazzikostas and Lead Software Designer Patrick Dawson

Saturday, November 9

12:00 – 1:00 p.m. – Lead Software Engineer (UI) Tom Thompson, Software Engineer (UI) Jacob Segal, Associate Software Engineer (UI) Bea Metitiri
3:00 – 4:00 p.m.– Lead Narrative Designer Dave Kosak, Lead Quest Designer Craig Amai

We’ll be waiting for you between halls B and C. Don’t forget to also check in at the Meeting Stone and the Tournament area nearby.

*While supplies last. Photos must be of BlizzCon activities and events and of good quality to be eligible to receive a hat. Determination of photo quality and criteria are at the discretion of the staff members at the Community Corner booth.
