Reporting someone for racism?

For the record I tried reporting him in game, didn't realize I had to use his name in chat box. Only two things that popped up for reporting was Name and cheating.

Name and cheating at the options you'll see if you right click on their character portrait. Chat violations must be reported by right clicking on the specific chat line.
