I was never into gold making i am fine as long i have gold to buy regular things and have for repair but in the few last days out of boredom i tried to earn some extra gold by selling gems.
Now this is the problem, i don`t mind if people undercut me we all do that, that is fine.
But if someone can tell me because i can`t find to see logic here.
Why people undercut gem by more then 50% ?

This topic comes up quite regularly, it's something that people have discussed right from the start (and I always like to chip in).

Yeah, it also bugs me when I see people heavily undercutting the usual price of something. I'm like, why are you even doing that, why don't you just undercut by a little bit and get more money and still sell your stuff instead of lowering the standard price of this herb/ore/cloth etc.?! ...But as others here have said, selling cheap is great if you just want to shift the goods quickly.

When faced with the dreaded heavy undercutter, the options I normally take are:

1: Buy the cheap stuff myself and sell it for the regular price
2: Wait until it all sells to other people then list my items at the usual price
3: Undercut the undercutter! ( I never take this option :P )
