My Friend's Problem - Blue Tracker

Alright so my friend (who is too shy to talk about this problem on the forums) is having a stalker problem. There's a person (who can't be named because of privacy rules) that continues to whisper her through the ignore system, his name keeps dropping out of the list but he is still around to whisper her. We believe he transfers server and then back just to whisper her again to continue his stalking. She's getting sick of putting him on ignore every single time he identifies himself and she can't just ignore every single person who whispers her, what can be done to help her?

Unfortunately, you cannot pursue this for your friend, they must do it.

They need to open a PETITION, each and every time this individual contacts them - especially if they are creating alts to circumvent an /ignore - and she needs to keep them on /ignore. State every time that it is ongoing.

If she's using the Report Spam/Player option, that may be part of the issue - those are treated entirely different and are more suited to reporting accounts advertising gold and such.
