Regional FlagPTR not bound to account?Source

Hello everybody! I've been encountering this issue all day and I can't seem to log into the PTR, it states that either I'm in the wrong region, or the PTR is not bound to my account. Although it is, and I already contacted costumer support through live chat and they couldn't help me.
Any fixes for this Blizz?

This sounds like the issue being described here:

We're currently working on a fix for it, and Sapperwix will update the other thread once it's applied :)
