Do you fill out your survey after a ticket ?

We have probably all, at some point, made a ticket.

But what do you do with the survey ? Complete it or canecl it ?

A bit hit and miss for me, i sometimes fill it in, sometimes dont. Don't know what difference it makes to the GM in question each time afterwards, but it just depends how busy I am.

Just a pointless waste of time.

The results from these surveys actually help us a lot in our efforts to improve our service, so it is definitely not a waste of time. You are of course not obliged to fill it out if you do not feel like it though :-)

I do it everytime, takes like 2 min

So if I give a GM a bad review, will he need to do the dishes then?
