What Graphics Settings Do People Play On?

Just saw a thread, and it was discussing how most of the playbase has a low end computer. So no major graphics overhaul is going to be released. And it made me wonder.
What graphics settings do you play on?
I used to have a low end pc, but I just built a gaming one, so now I play on ultra.
Any one else?

I use ultra settings at home.

Used to be medium-low before the upgrade but now it's ultra settings too while at work.

I don't play as much as you'd think while at work. :)

I frequently zip in-and-out to reference how things are worded in the game; things like tooltips, Dungeon Journal, etc. while writing hotfixes and patch notes so they match up with the writing style.
