The time it took was incredibly quick and them solving the problems was equally fast.
Had accidentally picked the wrong subscription type (Early morning mistakes) They quickly solved it got a refund the very next day.
Very few companies now days that run MMO's have this type of support and it is something that will keep people around.
Great job blizzard on this wonderful addition to support.
