Alarm-O-Bot Swap

We've established that Alarm-O-Bot doesn't trigger battlecry effects.

What I'd like to know is, when it swaps with a minion, can that minion attack immediately or is it sleeping?

Makes a huge difference.

When the Alarm-o-Bot swaps with a minion, that minion will be sleeping.
