Foul language is absolutely reportable. Players being less than pleasant - that's in the realm of interpersonal relations. There is only so much we can do in that arena.

Oddly, those with less than pleasant personalities also typically have pretty colorful language :)

You also have the tool of /ignore. If you /ignore a player, you should never be put into a group with them again. You'd also not see any of their comments from that point on :P
