Problem getting into Beta

Hey there! I'm trying to play the Beta and when I try to verify the download it says "there has been a problem when trying to obtain information about your system, close all apps and try again".

Does this have to do with the fact that I'm European and it's still not available here?

We have a troubleshooting article that may help, but if not, as that article suggests you can open a support ticket and one of our fabulous and sweet-smelling CS reps will hit you back as soon as possible.
