Unclear rules on bans

How is it possible that a Blizzard staff member does not know something a player does will get him banned? THIS is why many people feel that things are enforced so arbitrarily in the game. Is there not a list of gray areas that Blizzard has behind the scenes that should be consulted instead of this being left up the to mood of the GM you happen to run across?

I am not able to address something from the EU forums here.

Generically - a player that comes to us with a 'hypothetical' scenario isn't going to get our 'blessing' because they inevitably leave out a part that would be most questionable.

If that's this issue - that's why they got that response.

Those 'oh - by the ways' are killer.
