Hi we are progressing right now and in the middle of tries their hp went from 89 mil to 75 mil... intended?

Disappointed they nerfed Council when our team was so close to getting him down. Tbh only horridon needed the tune. It's perfectly fine if raid teams that can't handle Council gets a few weeks farming Jin'rohk and Horridon to gear.


Ion "Watcher" Hazzikostas, Lead Encounter Designer, wanted to share a response with everyone about they decided to tweak both Horridon and Council. You can read that post here. Hopefully it clarifies why they decided to do so.
