LFR is a lootfest?

I ran Terrace and the second half of HOF today on my priest in LFR. I recieved :

4 tier 14 token pieces (I'm 3 and 2 now, darn repeats!)
2 483 epics
1 483 Sha weapon

6/7 bosses dropped loot, plus 1 token dropped loot

I know drop rates are increasing, but is this the new normal, or should I be on my way to the casino?
