Why is Reincarnation still 50 minutes? LOLOL

Soulstone - 30 minute CD, castable on any target.
Rebirth - 20 Minute CD, castable on any target
Reincarnation - 60 minute CD, only castable on self
Divine Intervention - 20 minute CD, castable on any target (lowered from 60 minutes in BC to 20 in WotLK)

Even Lay On Hands was dropped from 1 hour CD to 20 minutes and no longer eats the mana bar. They even have a talent to lower the CD by 4 minutes. Why is Reincarnation still 60 minutes instead of 20 or 30 minute CD? Yes their are talents for Reincarnation (which no Shaman should ever, ever take) but it still only drops the CD to 40 minutes. In fact, you could probably remove the Imp reincarnation from the game and a majority of shamans would either not notice, or see something was missing, but not be able to figure out what...

PS. Blood Fury does not increase SP for healing. Every Spec of every possible class of Orc can find benefit to Blood Fury except Resto Shamans.

Updated:
As of the current patch notes,
Soulstone - 15 minute CD, castable on any target. (CD cut in half)
Rebirth - 10 Minute CD, castable on any target (CD cut in half)
Reincarnation - 50 minute CD, only castable on self (CD NOT CUT IN HALF)

Divine Intervention - 20 minute CD, castable on any target (lowered from 60 minutes in BC to 20 in WotLK)

I would just like a logical explanation for the lack of CD change on Reincarnation.

We might drop Reincarnation to 30 base, talented to 15. That's a slight nerf to the talent, but at the same time taking the cooldown that low might make an unattractive talent more attractive.

Q u o t e:
Any chance of bumping them all up to 60? I know that having long CD's means that on some pulls you have alot more flexibility/forgivness than on others which probalby makes it tough to have 60 min CD's.

But I doubt you would consider removing it altogether, so 60 min for everyone seems decent.

The main consideration that drove this change was the limited attempts in ToC heroic. It's not fun to feel like you are supposed to sit around and let your long cooldowns come back up. We really like the limited attempts mechanic though and might use it again in the future, so we wanted you to feel like the battle rezes would be reasonably available. Yes if you wipe in 2 min you might not have it available again, but you probably shouldn't be battle rezzing that quickly into a fight anyway.
