Time to fix burst of some specs now (primary frost mages, warriors with tfb/cooldowns, frost dk obliterates etc.)? This change alone will not be enough because it will make everyone less powerfull, but those specs I mentioned (more of them actually, but lets not get in to that) will still be 50% more powerfull then other specs/classes.
Frost mage can, for example, allready burst insanely high even without trinkets, every 45 seconds - 1 minute, this change actually favors them the most, because they will now have trinket (alltho, with less spell power on use tho) for every time they do burst! Other classes will not have that privilege because they have 2+ minutes cooldowns on burst (not all classes ofc).
Did you even think about that?

Trinkets even in this nerfed state should have 2 minutes cooldowns.
