Missing data for Operation: Shieldwall rings

I ran into a minor bug this morning -- characters with the new Operation: Shieldwall rings equipped are showing up as empty via the API, e.g.

finger2 is missing, but this person definitely has it equipped:

Not a huge deal, but thought I'd post a concrete example if it helps.
