Turning off red Action Bars w/ 5.1?

Now that we got this Loss of Control UI, I still despise it and can't play with it.

I've got all options "Off" and also unticked the whole thing. How can I remove the red circles on my actionbars now?

The new CC alerts can be disabled by unchecking the box titled “Loss of Control Alerts” in the combat section of the interface menu.

We know that some visuals might remain active even when the feature is disabled in the interface menu and we've passed along feedback about this to the devs, specifically the issue with the action bars.
Whenever we have any update we'll make sure let you know.
