Unable to copy characters? Get Error!

Anyone else get this, I browsed through the forums but didn't see a similiar post. I am unable, even with 4 copies left, unable to copy this character to the PTR.

Please try again, be sure you're attempting to copy to the account that's attached to the PTR. We've reset copy counts so you should be able to get more.
