I just wanted to say that I think you guys are doing great.
We just had an expansion launch with actually very few restarts and downtime.
And you've still been able to help people with their (and my) tickets.
You guys are one of the reasons I pay to play wow. Because I know here if there is something wrong you guys will do your best and everything possible to fix it.

Thank you, our folks work awfully hard to make our players experience the very best it can be.

We can't always fix everything - but they always do their best to help if they can.
