race change

so yesterday i wanted to if the race change was possible for me so i checked the payment options
i thn saw it was possible

so i exited the site
today when i try to race change it says race change pending?

i havent even chose a alternative race?

help would be greatly appreciated as fast as possible since i dont have all day
