Theres over 6 million people paying for Blizzard's franchise, the LEAST they can do is care about their customers more than they do. Because I feel like I'm being treated like garbage with the amount of support given to me. I've alerted the ingame GM's and they give me the direct phone number of the Technical Support for my problem. I call and I get the same response everytime, "Currently our Hold queue is full, and we're unable to take your call." Blizzard, you need to change your ways or your losing another "valued" customer. Thanks.
