Icons over enemy healthbar?

Hi,

I've seen a few videos regarding rogues and their abilities, even with other classes as well.

This is what it's about;

When having enemy healthbars visible (V-button), these videos had like sap, stuns or the alikes on top of that - seemed VERY nice to have!

I've heard rumors about Tidy Plates addons, but that made absolutely no sense in ways to configure it.

Does anyone know what addon I'm speaking of? And, if so - how to configure it properly?
