Gilneas getting screwed over again?

Blizzard, this is not the first time Gilneas has been either offline or defective when it comes to raid testing. I still remember when we got screwed out of Tsulong because apparently the boss never came up while people over Lost Isles got to test for the entire duration.

So, quick and simple question: Are we supposed to be testing the raid at all? The server always seems to have issues while I watch streams from Lost Isles or the EU realms and they seem to be operating no problem.

Servers restarted about 15 minutes ago now, Lost Isles has been up but Gilneas isn't and it's 5 minutes before raid testing starts. What's up with that?

The Gilneas server is obviously experiencing some issues currently - our server team is investigating, but I don't have an ETA to offer.

Gilneas is up now. We'll keep the zone open for a while on this server so people here can at least see the encounter.
