I'm going to be listing things that I think are a little too strong/not strong enough

Too Strong:
Moonlight: 10 turns of double healing is absurd. It makes things like tranquility and siphon life ridiculous.

Cyclone: I like how it can hit backup pets, but that I feel like its damage should be lowered a tad. Maybe by 25% or so? It can do potentially 5 times as much damage as a normal attack currently, though it'll more likely do ~3 times the damage with miss chance involved. It may just be bugged though because the tooltip says it's supposed to have a 25% chance to hit and it has more like 50-75% chance from what I've seen so far.

Too Weak:
Hawk Eye: I feel like it should get either a light attack built into it like similar buff/debuff attacks (Hiss, adrenaline rush) or it should get a higher buff to crit chance. 50% chance for 4 turns possibly? 6 turns on a buff seems excessive since you're likely going to be dead by then (unless of course you're using moonlight and heals).
