Natwest and rbs

Following the recent disaster at the natwest and rbs, All payments to and from my a/c have been frozen.
So in effect all 3 of my wow a/cs with annual pass will not be available for collection,
and since your telephone lines are saying unable to queue at this time please call later,
I am unable to discuss this matter.

I hope this matter leaves me and countless others in blizzards good standing for future promotions.

LOL i cant even buy a time card for them as i either bank with natwest or rbs.
