Missing Enchants

Anyone else had some enchants 'stolen' from them? I am seriously annoyed about this, especially since it appears that they won't be given back and we won't be compensated for their loss. Had to be the most expensive one as well.

As the quote from Bornakk confirms, unfortunately, due to the nature of this issue, the missing enchants can not be replaced on this occasion.
